Medium-length documentary (under development)
Portugal, 2025
This documentary explores the symbolic and spiritual presence of water in religious artworks from the collection of the Museu Rainha Dona Leonor. Developed within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), through the “RE-C04-i02 – Cultural Heritage” investment and funded by Next Generation EU, the film examines the relationship between art, landscape, and ritual, engaging with the intangible cultural heritage of the Alentejo region. By intertwining visual storytelling and sound design, the work offers a sensorial interpretation of how water embodies memory, belief, and territory across centuries of artistic expression.
